Set in the heart of Queenstown’s historic food bowl, Pavilion is where heritage meets hospitality—with a big dose of flavour and fun. Once known as the “bread basket” of the region, the land where we now stand was home to fertile fields and cultivated farmland. Today, Pavilion pays homage to that history—channelling a spirit of generosity, creativity, and social connection.

We’re a bar and kitchens concept that celebrates social dining, damn good food, and the simple joy of gathering around a table. Led by celebrated chef Sean Connolly, Pavilion delivers international quality with local soul—offering something for every appetite.
